Sending a request
1.  If you have a tentative date for your holiday, first look to see whether one of our set tour packages fits your needs.  If not, select the places you would like to visit and click them to view a map of your proposed travel route.
2.  In the comment box, tell us about your travel interests, wish list, price range, preferred accommodation, travel duration and so on – the more details you can provide us, the better.
3.  Click ‘Send’ and you will receive a response from us within 12 hours.

Working out the details
Depending on the length of your trip and how many services are involved, you will either receive a comprehensive reply or be sent some questions by the tour consultant appointed to handle your request.  A draft itinerary will already have been put in place for you at that point.
If applicable, send the requested information and details of any further requirements to your consultant, who will then make the necessary adjustment or fine-tuning the plan with you.  A little patience may be required at this point as it will take time for the consultant to finalize an itinerary that perfectly matches your interests, expectations and needs.
When the itinerary is fully to your liking and you give us the green light we shall go ahead with the various reservations.  Be assured, however, that we shall be happy to modify the itinerary at your request right up to the last minute, as long as we can see that the changes will enhance your holiday and your enjoyment of it.

Deposit and payment
We will require a deposit of 25-30% of the total tour cost, depending on the length of the trip and how many domestic flights are involved.  This deposit is necessary to cover advance payments for airline tickets and some other provisions.
The deposit can be made by bank transfer or securely on-line by credit card.
The balance is payable on arrival, in cash or by credit card at our office.  Alternatively, we can arrange for our accountant to come to your hotel to collect the payment, subject to prior notice.
In certain circumstances we will require the balance to be paid 15-30 days before you depart on your tour as some suppliers require advance payment in full, for example to secure rooms in up-market hotels at the height of the season, or for high-end cruises on the Mekong River or the big name of hotels in Siem Reap.
